The entry-level rank for new Marines. In this phase, they learn the fundamentals of the Marine Corps and their specific job.
In-game requirement: Joining the main group.
Promoted after basic training, these Marines have proven basic skills and take on more responsibility.
In-game requirement: Passing a Basic Training.
The most common rank in the Marine Corps. Lance Corporals are experienced team members and are seen as potential leaders.
In-game requirement: Passing your second Basic Training.
The first Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) rank. A Corporal leads small units like a fireteam and is directly responsible for their Marines.

A Sergeant often leads a squad and plays a crucial role in the daily leadership and training of their subordinates.

A Staff Sergeant (SSgt) leads larger units, often a platoon. They are responsible for tactics, logistics, and troop morale.

Often called "Gunny," they are the backbone of the company, serving as an operational and tactical expert.

A technical expert in their field. They advise officers and lead Marines at the battalion level in their area of specialty.

The senior enlisted advisor to the company commander on personnel, discipline, and morale issues. They are the direct link to the enlisted Marines.

Like the Master Sergeant, they are a technical expert, but at the highest enlisted level. They coordinate complex technical operations.

The senior enlisted advisor for a battalion or regimental commander. They oversee adherence to standards and the welfare of all Marines.

There is only one! They are the personal advisor to the Commandant of the Marine Corps and represent the interests of all enlisted Marines.

A technical officer expert, selected from the NCO ranks to lead highly specialized tasks.
In-game requirement: Getting recommended or handpicked by a commanding officer.
A more experienced Warrant Officer with deeper expertise. They take on more complex projects and train others.

A senior technical officer employed at the company or battalion level, serving as a key advisor.

A subject matter expert at the highest level, leading strategic technical operations at the regimental level or higher.

The most senior technical specialist. CWO5s are masters of their craft and advise generals on strategic issues.

A more experienced platoon leader who takes on more responsibility and often serves as a company's executive officer.

Commands a company (approx. 100-200 Marines) or serves as a staff officer in a battalion. Carries significant responsibility.
